Port View Duplex

This new build duplex was built over looking the docks in East Van. We worked with the build team to highlight the unique view from the back garden and making two distinct unit spaces. The front was designed to accomodate 2 entrances and a garage keeping with the aesthetics of the neighborhood and contemporary feel of the building.
